Hans Miller - General Manager of Concessions Management LLC
Hans Miller serves as general manager of Concessions Management LLC, the food and beverage company for the Urban Plains Center. Under Miller's direction, Concessions Management ensures prompt and excellent service in all segments of food and drink operations within the facility including bars, concessions, suite catering and special event food and beverage needs. Miller transitioned into his role at Concessions Management in September of 2008.
Miller brings extreme expertise in the food and beverage industry to the UPC having previously worked for Coca-Cola. While there, he oversaw the cooler service operations servicing Moorhead, Minn.; Morris, Minn.; and Aberdeen, S.D. He also has served past and current positions within M&S Concessions Inc. in which Concessions Management is also affiliated.
Originally hailing from Minot, N.D., Miller is president and co-founder of Prairie Thunder Pyrotechnics Guild Inc. out of Fargo. He is also a member of the Pyrotechnics Guild International.
Hans lives in Fargo with his wife, Alyssa, and their three children, Grace, Mia and Camille. In his time away from the arena, Miller enjoys cooking, spending time with family and creating recreational pyrotechnic displays. He is a fan of the New York Rangers.
