"Urban Plains Center was brought together by the
community for the youth of the community. Athletics
such as hockey can be a significant part of a child's
development and preparation for other activities in
high school, college and post college life. We are
fortunate to have consensus to bring such a facility
together for the Fargo metropolitan region."
Todd is with ICON Architectural Group and is
development manager of the Urban Plains Tournament for
the architects. He serves as president / chairperson
of the Metro Sports Foundation. Todd currently also
owns various other businesses. He was instrumental in
the development of the Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand
Forks, North Dakota.
